I know this is a photo blog (not the women's era agony aunt column) but I feel indignant enough to have to vent some steam somewhere.

My girl friend (not in the girl who is a friend sense) owns one of these phones and initially it worked fine. Then one fine day the battery cover could not be closed because hey the battery had SWOLLEN up! I have used any number of hand phones (even one that was of a chinese brand called Ningbo Bird)and have never seen anything like this.

Even better when you go to the Motorola service center all they have to say is, "Sorry sir, your 6mths warranty expired yesterday, would you like to purchase a new battery for $58". That is the probably the worst customer service that I have seen (barring Tihar Jail). Motorola seems to have adopted Gillete's business model (fleece them for the Razr and fleece them for the blades (or batteries in this case)).

From now on, I have decided to stick with Nokia (Samsung was too delicate for my hysteric outbursts of Anger) or the Chinese Bird brand (costs less than blunt motorola blades (oops battery!))

The reason I am pissed, is that I tried to call motorola customer service and talk to them and was told to F off.
